At Mirror Bella we attempt to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your item you can return the items within 14 days of receiving your package, once this time has passed unfortunately we will not be able to refund you. Items must be unused in original packaging/condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return. Due to hygiene reasons earrings are exempt from being returned unless they are received faulty.
Buyer must pay return postage costs, only the cost of the item will be refunded excluding postage and packaging fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and payment will be returned via the original method of payment, within 14 days. Returned items will incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
If you return some/all of the items in your original shipment and the remaining total order after return amount falls below the minimum purchase requirement for Free Shipping, we will deduct the shipping cost for the remaining items since the order is no longer eligible for free shipping. For example if a customer made a purchase of £100 they are eligible for free shipping, however they decided to return items costing £45 and the remaining total of your order was £55, which falls below free shipping eligibility. Therefore, the refund amount would be £45 – £3.99 (shipping fee is depending on the shipping option used and what country it was sent to) total = £41.04
Refunds for lost parcels during transit will exclude the shipping costs.
Although items are securely packaged when they leave us sometimes they may get damaged during transit. In the unfortunate case your item arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue. Please send an image of the faulty item to firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE you return the item so we can advise further.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an item is faulty then it can only be exchanged for the same item, if that item is out of stock we will contact you to exchange it for something similar. Buyers are responsible for remaining costs if a more expensive item is chosen. If the buyer wishes to exchange the item for a cheaper option then we will not refund the difference.
Exchanges will only be processed if the items are returned with original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal/bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: email@example.com.
SHIPPING THE ITEMS BACK
Upon approval of return, a return address and instructions will be emailed to you for you to return the items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item, unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When you are returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or at the very least obtain a proof of postage receipt. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the returned item is lost during transit it is the buyers responsibility to contact the shipping company for details on the package whereabouts, we will try to assist you as much as we can.
We reserve the rights to not refund/exchange you if you return the items to us outside the terms of our returns/exchange policy.
