Do I have to create an account?
No, you do not need to create an account or sign in to complete the checkout process. You can choose to checkout as a guest. However, creating an account is an easier option for you the next time you visit Mirror Bella or if you want to check up on your order.
What is my ring size?

I want an item but it is out of stock
We carry a large stock intake where some items are limited in quantity due to the special design and time it takes to make. If an item you want is out of stock, please contact us with the name of the item and the size required and we may be able to pre order it for you.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Mirror Bella offers beautiful fashion jewellery at an affordable price. The pieces are made from gold/rhodium/silver plated material and therefore they need special care to ensure they have a long life span. By its nature gold/rhodium/silver plated materials tarnish over a period of time and wear due to certain conditions. Please follow the care steps on the Jewellery Care page to ensure your treasure has a long healthy life.
What payment options are accepted?
We accept Paypal and all major forms of Credit Cards via Paypal. To pay with card, when you are at the checkout select Paypal as method of payment and then select ‘checkout as a guest’ this will allow you to pay via your card without opening a Paypal account.

Do you offer International shipping?

How long do orders take to ship?
Mirror Bella’s processing time is within 1-3 days. Your items will be posted in this time frame excluding weekends and holidays. Once dispatched your parcel will be delivered depending on what shipping option is chosen.

How do I track an item?
Your order can be tracked by logging into your account if you created one when placing your order and checking your tracking number. When your item is dispatched you will be sent a dispatch email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel on the couriers website.
What is your Return & Exchange policy?
We have a 14 day Return & Exchange policy, all items must be unworn with original packaging/tags attached.
